Effective Personal &Inter-personal Communication

This course is delivered through the VEC Back to Education Programme and is open to parents. It aims to assist participants to identify their needs and feelings and to communicate them in a way that supports getting one's needs met.

For parents wishing to meet other parents. The group part take in a varity of activities including, stress management, arts and crafts for relaxtion, guest speakers etc.

This group provides men with the oppurtunity to talk and learn from each other in relation to their fathering role.

Parenting alone support group.

Wed. Mornings 10-12noon.

This is a neew group for Navan Springboard for Oct. to Nov. 2010. The group seek to support and assist parents who are raising their children on their own. Sessions will cover legal issues, self development, money management and more!!.

On-going during school term.

 Fri. 10.30 to 12.15

 This group provides an oppurtunity for parents of toddlers to meet and share experiences. It also helps the children to mix and learn social skills.
